2) I will send you an email including shipping address and instructions of how to send either your new or well-loved sweatshirt to me for customization
3) Once the item is received, there is a 2-3 week turnaround for the custom embroidery
4) I will ship your embellished sweatshirt back to you using the shipping address provided at check out in step 1
